Property Access

  • The property is located within a private gated community (Eagles Nest).
  • Guests do not have access to the locked off portion of the Sportsman's Lodge, the Fitness Center, or the Wine & Cigar Bar. That is for member use only.
  • All amenities within the Eagles Nest community are subject to availability and some may be seasonal.

Policies and Rules

  • No smoking allowed.
  • Minimum age: 25 years.
  • Children allowed.
  • No events allowed.
  • Pets are welcome in this home for an additional pet rent of $50/night each plus tax, max of two dogs.
  • CANCELLATION POLICY: Bookings canceled 60+ days before arrival will receive a refund of the deposit. Bookings canceled between 31-59 days before arrival will receive a refund of half of the deposit. Bookings canceled within 30 days of arrival are not entitled to a refund unless the reservation dates are rebooked to another guest. All bookings are subject to a $50 cancellation fee.
  • Guests are responsible for supplying their own recreational equipment (basketballs, soccer balls, tennis equipment etc.)
  • Guests are not allowed to bring their own ATVs. For information about ATV rentals please visit: Off Road Adventures website.
  • All visitors on premises at the winery must be 16 years or older. This is strictly enforced.
  • The summer concerts are open to all guests; there may be an admission fee for each person and a cash bar for food and drinks.

Fees and Payments

  • Pets are welcome in this home for an additional pet rent of $50/night each plus tax, max of two dogs.
  • All stays at Eagles Nest homes have an additional amenity fee in order to maintain the luxurious facilities and features in the development.
  • Firewood may be added by reaching out more than a week in advance. You get two wrapped bundles and a firestarter for $25/night plus tax.
  • Eagles Nest Winery day passes are available onsite for $25.00 each.
  • All bookings are subject to a $50 cancellation fee.

Parking Information

  • The main roads are plowed in winter, but 4WD or AWD vehicles are required November–March, and chains may also be necessary to access all properties in winter months.
  • Free parking is provided.

  • Eagles Nest is an up-and-coming community, with construction currently going on in several of its neighborhoods. Construction noises may be heard 7am–7pm Monday through Saturday.
  • Great Camp amenities and Amphitheater are within a minute walk and include volleyball, mini-golf, the 24/7 General Store, and access to some of the many trails within Eagles Nest.
  • Amenities available to you include:
    • Great Camp: BBQ Pavilion, Amphitheater (location of summer concerts from May to the end of November), The Great Lawn, Playground, Hiking Trails, Ropes Course and Climbing Tower (seasonal), Mini-Golf Course, 24/7 General Store.
    • North Pavilion: Ball Field, Sportsman's Lodge (unlocked portion only), Sports Court (Basketball and Pickleball), Dog Park, Walking Trail, Sportsman's Grille (Wed–Sun. Hours vary), Fire Pit, Woodland Trail System (ATV Trails, Hiking, Biking).
    • Camp (BYO Equipment): Tennis Courts, Pickleball, Disk Golf, Archery (Restrooms and Pavilion coming soon).
